Job Description

We have a great client seeking someone that can assist in acquiring and retaining clients for their company. This is done by facilitating great communication with all the people who contact them in accordance with their mission and purpose statement.


  1. Manage the affairs of the associations.
  2. Enforce the governing documents.
  3. Process resale certificates.
  4. Be present for the director/annual meetings.
  5. Take minutes when required.
  6. Scheduling of appointments.
  7. Invoicing the associations.
  8. Work w/ our financial department to create association budgets (annually).
  9. Process violations and mail.
  10. Keep appreciate financial records and keep the board apprised of their current financial state.
  11. Answer phones

Job Type: Full-time

Feel free to enhance as needed. They really need someone strong in muti-tasking, administration projects and has a great communication skills (self motivated). This person will also need to be able to prioritize.
