JOB SUMMARY:
The recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in sourcing, screening, and hiring manufacturing production operators and staff. They will partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain a safe, professional work environment. This recruiter role demands strong communication skills to attract talent via job boards, social media, and community outreach, as well as managing high-volume, candidate-heavy hiring processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manages recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Identifies qualified candidates via online platforms, social media, and job fairs.
- Production Staffing Focus: Assists in staffing production operators and aligning teams with production targets.
- Relationship Management: Collaborates with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensures all recruitment activities align with company policies and legal regulations, upholding a safe and professional work environment.
- Candidate Experience: Provides a positive and professional experience for candidates.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment role, preferably within manufacturing or a high-volume setting. Experience working with staffing agencies.
- Skills: Strong interviewing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), online job boards, and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
PAY: $25/hr
