You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of top talent, utilizing AI-driven platforms to streamline sourcing and screening while providing a personalized, empathetic candidate experience in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses data-driven insights to improve hiring quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and engagement to offer acceptance.
- Bilingual Communication: Conduct interviews and communicate professionally with candidates in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Relationship Management: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide regular updates on pipeline activity.
- Candidate Engagement: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring cultural fit and fostering relationships, even while utilizing automated tools.
- Performance Optimization: Use data analytics to optimize outreach, improve funnel conversions, and maintain accurate pipelines.
- Business Development: Cold calls,networking events and job fairs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savviness: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Skills: Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit.
