JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The Dishwasher/Busser will support the kitchen and service staff by ensuring dishes, utensils, and dining areas are spotless and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent hospitality experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dish Collection, Sorting & Sanitizing: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Clear tables promptly after guests and residents finish dining, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Sanitation & Recycling: Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials, maintaining an organized workspace.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality to enhance guest and resident satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service operations preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with restaurant, hotel, retirement community kitchen operations is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to coordinate effectively with staff.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks reliably.
