Modern Staffing is recruiting for a Cleanroom Assembly Technician for a manufacturing company located in Seguin, TX:
JOB SUMMARY:
Assemble valves, actuators and regulator bodies. Conduct visual inspections. Test assemblies for helium leaks and on the particle counter machine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build, test and package products according to instructions and work orders. • Perform visual/attribute inspection on parts to verify they are correct and complete. Complete visual inspection chart if required. • Complete required labor paperwork and forward to supervisor. • Record and dispose of scrap in the appropriate bins. • Bagging and identifying valves and actuators. • Assemble valve and Regulator bodies. • Assemble and install actuators. • Test assemblies on the helium leak detector. • Test assemblies on the particle counter. • Assemble CV, VG, and all miscellaneous assemblies. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Observe safe working practices, rules and regulations; wear all safety and clean-room equipment as required, correct and reports hazards. Immediately and actively participate in and supports all company safety, health and environmental programs.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer at least 1-year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read cosmetic specifications, diagrams, operating instructions, SPC Trend and visual inspection charts. Ability to write SPC and visual charts, labor sheets and scrap tally sheets. Ability to apply basic arithmetic operations and counting parts and rejects.
